Game News DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods – Part 2: Trailer To Be Revealed Soon After Part 1 was released last October, DOOM Eternal is teasing the arrival of a trailer dedicated to Part 2 of its expansion The Ancient Gods in a week. To keep players waiting, the franchise’s official Twitter account has unveiled a new piece of art that hints at the expansion’s stakes. Last week we learned that DOOM Eternal has turned out to be a financial hit for id Software as the latter generated no less than $ 450 million in the first 9 months after its release. A success that was felt right from the start, as the game gathered more than 104,000 players on the day it was launched on Steam alone. Building on that success, the studio released DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods, Part I, its first DLC in October last year, which was also standalone, meaning it wasn’t necessary to own DOOM Eternal in order to play The first part has a rather easy content, but offers a difficult difficulty for fans of the original game. So id Software is teasing new information about the second part. With the new title DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods, Part II, this new DLC gives us a date next Monday, March 15th, to present its very first trailer. Meanwhile, artwork has also been unveiled showing the Doom Guy battling a legion of demons as usual, but this time the latter appears to be accompanied by an army of humans.
